New mom? Join our weekly support circle for breastfeeding & postpartum guidance. Monthly PT In Motion guest. What this group is A relaxed, supportive postpartum group for new moms and parents with babies, led by Annie, certified lactation counselor and postpartum doula, and Katherine Krueger, Doctor of Physical Therapy and pelvic floor therapist. What to expect A welcoming, judgment-free space where your questions and needs are centered. We begin with a check-in, with time for personalized support, especially around infant feeding. Annie brings a baby scale, and weighted feeds are available to gently offer clarity and reassurance. Katherine offers guidance on gentle baby movements and positioning to support comfort, feeding, tension release, and digestion. Focus of the group Infant feeding support, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combination feeding, pumping, and transitions. There is also space to talk about life as a new parent—emotional shifts, recovery, and everyday questions best held in community. Who is welcome Babies are always welcome. All feeding journeys are welcome. Note This group is for educational purposes and does not replace medical care. Families are encouraged to work with their healthcare team.
