Sunset Hike and Yoga by Lake Miramar

Join us for an evening of a scenic hike by Lake Miramar followed by a relaxing sunset yoga flow and sound bath in Scripps Ranch Here’s what to expect: • 5:00 PM: Short 1-1.5 mile moderate difficulty hike with views of Lake Miramar. • 5:50 PM: Sunset Yoga Flow - we will move through a gentle yoga practice, reconnect to our body through movement and yoga flow, and finish with relaxing sunset meditation and sound bath. You can join just for the hike, just for the yoga, or for both! What to Bring: • Hike: Hiking or trail shoes, water, sunscreen. • Yoga: Yoga mat, blanket. 🗓️ Date: Thursday, October 8th, 2026 ⏰ Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM 📍 Location: Scripps Ranch, San Diego (exact location will be provided upon registration) Donations-Based : This is a donation-based event.
