We’ll begin with gentle breath work and a guided meditation to help you settle into the present moment and connect with the feeling of gratitude. From there, allow the resonant vibrations of the crystal bowls to carry you into a deeply relaxing sound journey, while Reiki is channeled to support a sense of balance, harmony, and inner peace. Gratitude invites us to shift our attention from what is missing to the beauty that is already here. It’s an opportunity to appreciate how far we’ve come, nurture the relationship we have with ourselves, and make space to receive the good that surrounds us. You don’t need any experience with meditation, sound healing, or Reiki. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds and energy. Please bring an eye mask and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled before we begin. She is passionate about using sound healing to reduce stress, support the nervous system, and guide the body back into balance and harmony, allowing space for natural self-healing.
