Into the Unknown: A Guided Painting & Sound Bath Journey

Explore the unknowns of life with courage and ease through a guided painting experience and a soothing sound bath. Into the Unknown: A Guided Painting & Sound Bath Journey Join us in person for a guided painting and sound bath journey. Step into a morning of creative exploration and deep restoration. No art experience needed, just a willingness to see what wants to emerge. We'll begin with a guided painting session led by Taylor, where you'll let go of expectations and allow the brush to lead you into the unknown. There are no wrong strokes here, only discovery. As the paint settles, J. Han will guide you into a soothing sound bath, inviting your body and mind to rest, integrate, and receive. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected to yourself. About Your Guides Taylor is a teaching artist who works with private and public groups, organizations, and companies.
