An in-person event focused on horse communication and energy healing. Heart to HerdHorse Communication + Energy Healing What can horses teach us about our own energy, awareness, and connection? Join Rebecca Mehta and Kelli Martin for a unique three-hour immersive experience where horse communication and energy healing come together. Through connection with the horses, you'll explore how becoming more aware of your own energy can deepen your understanding of yourself and the animals around you. Rebecca Mehta is an Equine Experiential Facilitator and Energy Practitioner. With a lifetime of equestrian experience and a deep understanding or horse behavior, communication, and the horse-human connection. Kelli Martin is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Integrative Healer, and Animal Co-Regulation Guide with extensive experience helping people and animals regulate their nervous systems, deepen their connection, and cultivate greater awareness through energy healing and heart-centered practices. Through education, guided instruction, and hands-on practice, you’ll learn how horses communicate with each other and with us through body language, energy, boundaries, and subtle cues. Horses are incredibly sensitive to the energy around them, including our own. They respond not just to what we do, but to how we show up. This is where the connection between horse communication and our own energy awareness becomes so important. You’ll learn and practice grounding, energy clearing, sensing energy, self-Reiki, and simple energy practices to help you become more aware of your own energy, regulate your nervous system, and feel more present and connected. As we become more grounded and aware of ourselves, we can begin to recognize the subtle ways horses communicate with us, while also learning to respect their boundaries and create a sense of trust. We’ll close with restorative Reiki + sound healing session among the horses, allowing space to relax and integrate the experience.
