New Mom & Breastfeeding Support Group (Tuesday Mission Valley)

New mom? Join our supportive space to ask questions about baby feeding & parenthood. Led by Lactation professional and Pediatric Chiro What this group is A relaxed, supportive postpartum group for new moms and parents with babies, led by Annie, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Postpartum Doula, and mom, and co-hosted by Dr. Julie Gauthier, pediatric chiropractor and owner of Gauthier Family Chiropractic. During the group, Dr. Julie may also offer gentle hands-on support and observations for babies when appropriate, helping families better understand feeding patterns and oral tension. What to expect • A welcoming, judgment-free space for questions and connection • Lactation and infant feeding support • Weighted feeds available during the group • Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, combination feeding, and feeding transitions support • Space to talk about the emotional shifts and realities of new parenthood Who is welcome • Babies are always welcome • All feeding journeys are welcome This group is intended for educational and community support purposes only.
