Launching Eagles

Come join us for the Launching Eagles workshop. Safe space for moms sitting on the edge of the nest. art-collage / visualization / coaching Launching Eagles is a art/collage, visualization, coaching 3 hour workshop. Who is this for? Mothers going through the stages of Empty Nesting: The Shift, Ready for Launch, and The Leap. Does this sound familiar? One child is leaving , others may still be home, but your role as a parent is shifting and you feel it. Your in the middle of a simple task, and it hits!!! You find yourself breaking down crying trying to hide it. The date is getting closer and the house already feels different. You keep thinking you should be handling it better. Underneath all of it is a quieter question: Who am I? WHY YOU SHOULD COME TO THE WORKSHOP AND WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH. You will be in a safe space with a tribe who understand what you are going through. You'll learn that the mix of pride, sadness, excitement, and disorientation is completely normal. You will learn visualizations, mindset tools, and dive into your creativity. You will be creating a 16" x 20" canvas using mixed media collage art. We work with the art, not to cover it up, but so the grief has somewhere to go and you can turn that grief and excitement into something beautiful. You will embody that we are not empty nesters, WE ARE EAGLE LAUNCHERS, and we not only are launching our eagles ( our kids), but we are launching the eagle with us, that is ready to soar.
