Join us for a unique workshop designed to help you better understand your nervous system and build practical tools to navigate stress. Our nervous system is constantly responding to the world around us. When life becomes busy or overwhelming, we can find ourselves moving through familiar patterns of tension, reactivity, disconnection, or exhaustion. Learning to recognize these patterns can give us more choice in how we respond. Through nervous system education, somatic practices, gentle movement, guided reflection, and small-group connection, you'll explore simple ways to reconnect with your body and support your capacity to meet life's challenges. With the holidays approaching, a season that can bring both connection and increased stress, this workshop offers an opportunity to build a toolkit of supportive practices you can return to when life feels especially full. Rather than trying to eliminate stress, we'll explore how to build our capacity to meet it with greater presence, curiosity, and choice. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid.
