Surrounded by the natural beauty and cleansing properties of the salt cave, you’ll be invited to let go of the outside world and settle into a space of deep relaxation and restoration. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help you arrive fully in the present moment, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind and prepare the body to receive. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls and healing instruments, allowing the sounds and frequencies to carry you into a deeply restorative state. Reiki energy will be channeled throughout the experience, offering an additional layer of energetic support as you rest and receive. This is your time to pause, release, and simply be. Allow yourself to be nurtured by the sounds, the energy, and the peaceful surroundings of the salt cave. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin. No previous experience with meditation, sound healing, or Reiki is necessary.
