Get your groove on with Twerk Yoga Fusion and have a delicious non-alcoholic crafted drink! We Twerk Yoga on a Thursday Get ready to shake things up with Twerk Yoga! Join us in person at The Polished Pigeon a woman owned non-alcoholic bar. This class is fun, spicy fusion of twerking and yoga that’ll have you laughing, sweating, and feeling amazing. No experience needed—just bring your yoga mat, energy and good vibes. 1 Drink is included in your ticket so feel free to come at 6 to have a drink before class starts or stay after for a drink! Doors open at 6 pm and class will start around 6:40 for a 45 minute class then stay after for a drink and good vibes! Let’s Move.Release.Reclaim & Empower!!!
