Writing Workshop-Restorative Yoga-Sound Healing

Unwind with some chill writing, gentle restorative yoga, and soothing sounds to relax your mind and body. October 11th | 5–7 PM Writing • Restorative Yoga • Sound Healing One of my favorite things in life is gathering people together. I love being the person who brings different people, passions, and gifts into the same room and gets to watch what happens. There is something really magical about creating a space where people can connect, share what they love, and experience something together that they might not have found on their own. For this gathering, I’m so excited to welcome Kristin Fogle, who will be guiding us through a writing workshop. Writing has become such an important part of my own life. I’ve been committed to morning writing every day, and I’ve been surprised by how much comes up when I actually make the time to sit down and write. We’ll then move into restorative yoga, with Dawn bringing her beautiful sound bowls into the practice. Her sound healing is something really special, and I love that we get to experience it while we’re already slowing down and settling into our bodies. This gathering is open to anyone who feels called to join us. No writing or yoga experience is needed — just come as you are. It’s really about coming together, making some space, and seeing what happens when we slow down enough to actually listen.
