Her diverse career spans fashion shows, editorial shoots, weddings, and special events, all guided by a commitment to creating hair experiences that honor individuality, inclusion, and wellbeing. Building meaningful connection is central to Rachel’s approach. She is passionate about fostering strong relationships within the industry, creating spaces where both stylists and guests feel seen, supported, and welcomed. Through collaboration, trust, and presence, she focuses on strengthening salon communities while delivering elevated guest experiences. Wellness is at the core of everything Rachel does. She views the salon as a sanctuary for care and restoration, a place where guests can slow down and feel nurtured. From intentional consultations to mindful touch and conscious product choices, she strives to bridge inner and outer beauty. As a professional educator, Rachel is honored to serve as Innersense Organic Beauty’s first Regional Education Manager for the West Coast. In this expanded role, she focuses on supporting educators, growing programming, and deepening salon partnerships, continuing to build a connected, inclusive community rooted in conscious haircare. Devon Ramirez | @devdoesmycurls After being a hairstylist for over a decade, I chose to be an educator for Innersense because it’s the most reliable product line that I have found.
