Presentation Title: The Role of Outdoor Adventure in Cancer Survivorship Presented By: Anne Kresse VP, Programs and Strategic Initiatives First Descents Description: Explore the role of outdoor adventure and therapeutic recreation in supporting cancer survivors' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. This presentation will discuss the potential benefits of structured adventure programs, considerations for assessing patient readiness and participation, and the role of oncology nurses in educating and connecting survivors with supportive resources beyond traditional cancer treatment.
