This style of breathwork is influenced by powerful traditions and modalities including Rebirthing Breathwork, Wim Hof Method, Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Soma Breath, and Holotropic Breathwork. While drawing inspiration from these practices, Eternal Breathwork has its own unique flow — combining intentional breathing, music, guided inner exploration, and energetic release. No previous experience is required. Come with an open heart, a willingness to explore your inner landscape, and an intention for what you are ready to release, create, or call into your life. What to Bring This breathwork journey is best experienced lying down on your back. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever helps you feel relaxed and supported: blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, and a journal. It is suggested to avoid eating for at least a few hours before breathwork. Contraindications Breathwork is intended as a personal growth and well-being experience and should not be considered a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or professional mental health support. This practice may not be appropriate for persons with the following: • Cardiovascular disease or heart conditions • Detached retina or glaucoma • Diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm • Epilepsy • Diagnosed bipolar disorder or schizophrenia • Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions • High blood pressure • Pregnancy • Recent surgery or injury If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider.
