There is something different about meditating in nature. The breath feels deeper under the trees. The sound of the bowls travels differently in the open air. Your body settles faster on the earth than it ever does on a studio floor. If you have only ever sat with me indoors, this is the morning to feel what I am talking about. We will meet at our meeting point near Whispering Horse Ranch and walk together (~15 minutes to the spot). Then we settle in for breathwork, chanting, meditation, and we close with chai, and munches together. This is more than a celebration. It is a space to slow down, release the stress you have been carrying, and share a morning with the people who have walked this path with you.
