The Water’s Edge Sound Bath Reflection combines the calming presence of water with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and guided meditation to create an immersive experience designed to help you slow down, release the pace of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself. As you settle into your reserved lounge chair, you’re invited to let your body soften while the sounds and guided meditation encourage a quieter, more settled state. This restorative experience may support deep relaxation, nervous system rest, the release of physical tension, and a renewed sense of balance and well-being. Set beside the water at The Purple Orchid Wine Country Resort & Spa, you’ll be surrounded by rolling hills, orchard views, open sky, and the gentle presence of nature. This intimate experience accommodates a maximum of 5 water's edge guests, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere and plenty of room to simply rest and receive. Preparing for Your Experience Please wear light, comfortable clothing suitable for relaxing outdoors. Morning temperatures may be cool, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a towel and/or blanket for additional comfort. As you check in with Tiffany, she will guide you to the reserved Water’s Edge seating area. Please settle into your designated lounge chair and make yourself comfortable. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Your 50-Minute Experience Arrival & Grounding Arrive a few minutes early for poolside check-in. Tiffany will guide you to your reserved seating area, where you can settle in and begin to take in the peaceful surroundings. Water’s Edge Sound Bath Reflection Rest and receive as crystal singing bowls and chimes create a soothing soundscape around you. Guided meditation gently invites your attention inward while you rest beside the water. There is nothing you need to accomplish. Simply listen, receive, and allow yourself this time to pause. Gentle Return The Sound Bath Reflection will come to a gradual close, giving you time to ground and transition before continuing with your morning. You’re welcome to linger afterward with tea or refreshing water available from the hotel breakfast room. Prefer to Experience the Sound Bath on the Water? The Floating Sound Bath Reflection offers the same combination of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and guided meditation, with the added sensation of being supported by the water as you rest on a float beneath the open sky.
