Move, breathe, and reset with Naya Pilates Studio at Kuya in a restorative session designed for all levels. What to Expect Start your morning with a guided mat-based movement session led by Naya Pilates Studio, designed to support mobility, control, breath, and more ease in the body. Rather than a fast-paced or high-intensity Pilates class, this experience will be slower and more restorative, drawing from Pilates principles to support flexibility, stability, posture, and body awareness. Expect thoughtful movement, intentional pacing, and space to reconnect with how your body feels. This session is open to all levels and all bodies, with modifications and progressions offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels supportive for you. Pilates guests can enjoy our sauna + cold plunge for just $25 after class normally a $65 day pass.
