Laugh, connect, HAVE FUN! A no-pressure improv sampler with Bill Chott of Disney and SNL. Curious about improv—but not sure it’s “for you”? Come try it. This fun, welcoming two-hour sample class is designed to give you a real taste of The Improv Trick—with no experience, preparation, or pressure to perform required. You’ll laugh. You’ll meet people. You’ll play games. And somewhere along the way, you may discover that you’re a little more spontaneous, confident and creative than you thought. BRAND NEW TO IMPROV? You are exactly who this class is for. You don’t need acting experience. You don’t need to think of yourself as “creative.” And you definitely don’t have to walk in knowing how to be funny. We’ll guide you step-by-step in a friendly, supportive environment where you can: • Build confidence • Think more comfortably on your feet • Become a stronger listener • Connect with people more easily • Get out of your head and into the moment • Laugh—a lot Improv isn't about getting everything right. It's about discovering what happens when you give yourself permission to play. ARE YOU AN ACTOR OR PERFORMER? There’s plenty here for you, too. Improv can help actors become more spontaneous, confident, physically expressive and present—whether you’re auditioning, working on camera, performing live, or creating your own material. And The Improv Trick goes beyond learning games. As you continue through the program, you can develop skills in character, scene work, physical comedy, musical improv and performance, with opportunities to perform in showcases, develop original content, and ultimately create and mount productions of your own. THIS IS A SAMPLE—NOT A COMMITMENT. This class is Week One of our five-week Beginning Improv class. Come experience the class first. If you love it, stay with it. We’ll help you find the classes that match what you want from improv—whether that's having more fun, building confidence, becoming a stronger performer, meeting people, creating your own work, or simply trying something you’ve always wondered about.
