We’ll begin with an all-levels mat Pilates class led by Ember Pilates in the outdoor Atrium on the 7th floor of the building. Expect a full-body workout focused on strength, stability, mobility, and intentional movement. No previous Pilates experience is needed. After class, stay for a free demonstration of two treatments from Lesh Lifestyle. Lesh Lifestyle is a physician-led integrative and longevity practice. This class is appropriate for all experience levels. Space is limited, so advance registration is required. Arrival Instructions Enter through the front of the building across from Chase Bank and take the elevator to the seventh floor. After exiting the elevator, turn right and go through the East Wing doors. The doors will lead you directly into the atrium.
