Health Benefits of Nature

Join us to learn what the research says about the physical and mental health benefits that nature provides and how to access them! Join our Ecology and Natural Resources team for a research-based overview of the amazing benefits that spending time in nature provides for both our physical and mental health. The presentation will focus on benefits to adult and youth health, and suggestions for how and where to acheive these benefits. We will finish with a brief guided mindfulness experience.
