This is a support group for stroke and heart attack survivors and caregivers. Join us for our support group for stroke and heart attack survivors and caregivers! The HOPE Support Group creates a welcoming environment for those who support or are recovering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Each month features a different topic and guest speakers will be featured. This group meets the second Wednesday of every month.
