Celebrate Legacy Trail’s new chapter with property tours, signature mimosas and a community carnival featuring food, games and family fun! Step right up and celebrate a new chapter at Legacy Trail! Join us on Saturday, October 3, for a full day of property tours, refreshments and community fun as we celebrate our exciting rebrand. From 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, tour our beautiful community, enjoy three signature mimosas inspired by the new Legacy Trail colors and ask our leasing team about some of our best current move-in specials. Then, stay for the Novel Carnival from 5:00–7:00 PM! Enjoy face painting, live family entertainment, carnival games, food, festive drinks and prizes. This event is free and family-friendly. Registration is encouraged so we can plan accordingly. Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests ages 21 and older with valid identification.
