Join our monthly cardiac and stroke support for individuals and caregivers. Support Groups: A Vital Resource for Cardiac and Stroke Survivors and Caregivers Details: 8330 Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202 The 1st Thursday of each month from 12:00 - 1:00 pm This event is free and open to the public. A free heart-healthy lunch and beverages will be served. Support groups play a crucial role in the recovery process following a cardiac event or stroke. They provide an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences. In these groups, you will discover new friendships, support, hope and encouragement as you navigate your journey after a cardiac event or stroke.
