Oyster Rag Pot Making

Join us for a couple hours making Oyster Rag Pots at our warehouse in Palmetto! Oyster Rag Pots are used to restore acres of oyster reef in local waters. It is a technique we developed to overcome the cost and scalablity issues largely preventing large-scale oyster restoration from occurring in our area. It's working great! Every rag pot you make puts another 100 plus oysters in the water to clean it and provide habitat! Also, our warehouse does not have air conditioning. We have lots of fans running but it can get pretty warm in there, so dress for heat if it's warm out.
