A fun evening to learn the art of sourdough and why gut health matters, and to take home your own starter and a ready-to-bake loaf! Join us at The Roots Health Centers for a cozy, nourishing evening for your bread and your gut. 🌾 Sourdough is having a moment, and for good reason. Come learn what makes it special, how a sourdough starter works, and why caring for your gut is one of the best things you can do for your overall health. What you'll do: • Learn about sourdough • Leave with a mother (starter) and a ready-to-bake loaf • Learn about the importance of gut health • $5 will be donated to Jack Legacy
