This in-person workshop focuses on perfecting your alignment — helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident on your mat. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll walk away with tips and techniques to take your practice to the next level. Taught by Jennifer Bridwell, E-RYT 500, with 12+ years of teaching experience and 20 years on the mat. Jennifer trained at Scottsdale Community College, Yoga Tropics, Wise Owl Wellness, and directly under Sumit’s Yoga, and has led seven of her own teacher trainings. In this workshop, you’ll get hands-on alignment cues, personalized adjustments, and the kind of detailed anatomical insight that only comes from years of both practicing and teaching — so you leave not just knowing the poses, but understanding why they work.
