Finding Your Yes | In Person

A Hakomi Explorations workshop presented by Seattle Hakomi. Finding and verbalizing an authentic yes or no can be challenging. This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to explore their internalized beliefs around saying “no” and to find their authentic “yes.” Exploring one’s underlying beliefs around saying “no” is an essential step in learning to identify and state one’s needs. The Hakomi exercises presented in this workshop are grounded in somatic awareness, opening the door for profound healing. This half-day, in-person workshop, intended for both personal and professional growth, is comprised of short presentations and exercises led by certified Hakomi teachers, who will be available to offer support and feedback. The event will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:30 pm on each scheduled day. Eligible attendees will receive 3 CEUs. Prior Hakomi experience is not a prerequisite.
