Mending Night

Hello!! My heart became very full with the first craft night and im looking forward to the continuation of after hour recess! I can't believe it is already October. Got something in your closet that got a rip or a stain or is just missing a little pizazz? Well at the previous recess we had a wheel decide our next craft and The wheel has spoken and we are mending!!! So if you got any socks, shirts, jeans, literally any piece of cloth that needs some love bring it! (also can be a great time to actually sew those patches you've done nothing with onto stuff :P) No experience required, there are always folks ready to teach you a stitch or two. Made a pinterest board if you need some visuals Spacekeeping things: This is a Covid-cautious space, so we ask folks to wear a mask to ensure everyone's health and safety. We have extra ones, but if you can provide your own, that would be litty lit. We also have 2 air purifiers. No shoes inside pls :P We have 2 Cats! Please be mindful of them, and don't let them out lol (also we have allergy meds if necessary!) All eating will occur outdoors unless the weather doesn’t allow us to do so Smoking is allowed; just ask us where the balcony is :P Or you can partake in the front yard lol Hard stop 11 pm Asks: We got a decent amount of thread and scrap fabric, but if you got any extra needles pls pls share These events are very DIY; most supplies are found or donated. If anyone has some extra funds they would like to contribute, or if anyone wants to provide food, message Webb privatelyyyyy.
