Free form dancing to celebrate the Fall Equinox. As we approach the Fall Equinox and embrace the fleeting moment of balance when light and dark are equal, it can be a perfect time to look within or to look at our lives with a desire to find more balance. Practicing fluidity and compassion as we navigate changes and find new ways of being.
