PURE BLISS SOUND BATH MEDITATION

IN-PERSON sound bath meditation designed to relax you into open awareness of inner light, love, oneness and compassion. A Sound Bath for Inner Light, Love & Compassion Join us for an intimate, in-person Sound Bath, limited to just 5 participants to create space for a deeply personal and restorative experience. Give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and settle into the healing embrace of sound and vibration. Allow the gentle resonance of sacred instruments to quiet your mind, soothe your nervous system, and create space to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. This month, we’ll explore awareness of our inner light, love, oneness, and compassion. Through a gentle guided journey into the heart, you’ll be immersed in intuitive vibrational music created with sacred crystal singing bowls, traditional Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tingsha, wave drums and other beautiful instruments. Each Sound Bath unfolds uniquely, guided by the energy and needs of the group. You’ll be invited to gently let go of what no longer serves you and make space for what your heart and deeper self are longing to welcome into your life. As you rest in the vibrations of love and compassion, you may discover a deeper sense of connection with yourself, with others, and with the light that lives within us all. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply arrive as you are, receive the healing sound vibrations, and allow yourself to be present. Come as you are. Leave with more space to breathe, reconnect, and let your inner light shine. What will be set up for me? • I will provide you a comfortable space on a carpeted floor with a mat, blanket(s), bolster and lavender eye pillow. What to bring: • Eye mask or eye pillow if you are sensitive to lavender or just prefer your own • Water or herbal tea to drink (room temperature or warm) What to wear: • Comfortable clothes. • Yoga or other soft and stretchy clothing works best. • Layers are great to keep you warm or cool off as needed. • Some people wear pajamas! Don't attend if you have a pacemaker or other metal in your body.
