Rest & Resonance is a deeply restorative experience of gentle movement and vibrational sound bath; an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with your body, breath, and sense of ease. We’ll begin with supported restorative yoga postures to release tension and invite the body to settle. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound bath where the resonant tones of singing bowls and other instruments create space for stillness and deep listening. Whether you’re looking to release the week or simply spend some time doing less, Rest & Resonance offers space to move slowly and rest deeply.
