Wellness & Fitness Day | Move. Recharge. Connect. Give Back. A full afternoon of Capoeira-inspired fitness, dance, strength, recovery, and self-care experiences benefiting Abadá Capoeira DC youth programs. Join us on Saturday, October 24 from 1:00–6:00 PM at Fairfax Jiu Jitsu for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience featuring 7 rotating 30-minute classes and wellness stations. Check-in starts at 12:30 PM. This is more than a fitness event—it’s a community fundraiser supporting youth access to Capoeira and movement arts regardless of financial barriers. Come join us for an uplifting afternoon of movement, connection, and restoration.
