GIFT MAKING: Toy Building Pickup Truck! Join us as we explore the craft of creating children’s toys from a selection of mixed woods. In this class you will utilize the bandsaw to cut wood pieces to the proper sizes and sand them to a smooth finish for assembly. We will also use the drill press briefly to create the axle holes in the base to mount the wheels and to cut out the wheel wells. With some glue and lots of sanding we will create a sturdy toy pickup truck that children will enjoy for years to come. Let’s get started! This is a comprehensive 7 hour class with a 30 minute lunch break. All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Contact the store for more details at 571-435-8030. Looking for that perfect, one-of-a-kind gift? Why not give the “Gift of Experience”? Our classes and workshops are the perfect “unique” alternative to a material gift or “stuff” for any occasion!
