Sacred Art Painting and Meditation: Protection - Your Energy; Your Rules

Create seasonal paintings while learning to meditate and protect your energetic space. A Sacred Art Painting and Mediation: Protection Series Location: Hide Away Pond Retreat Center 7256 Greenwich Rd, Nokesville, VA 20181 Welcome! Each workshop begins with a spiritual teaching about the human energy field. We learn how energy works between us and others, how to protect our energy field and how to stand sovereign in our own power. Following comes a guided meditation with soft music and a visualization and audio. Finally we paint a seasonal, guided painting that illustrates in our own unique way what we learned about energy or what colors and visualizations we saw or felt in the meditation. There will be an art guide for a specific painting for the seasons and energy work but you are welcome to do your own painting as well. Steps for each session: • Discussion of Energy and how it works (15-30 minutes) • Guided Meditation or Visualization (15mins) • Painting (1 hr) Beginner Friendly, No Experience Needed.
