Start your day with art, reflection, and conversation. Join Maryam Ovissi, yoga therapist and founder of Beloved Yoga, for a Slow Looking session with Janet Echelman’s work. Maryam will guide us in taking time to notice the artwork and reflect together on its movement, interconnectedness, and responsiveness to the world around it. No art or yoga experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity. Complimentary coffee and refreshments, courtesy of Tatte Bakery & Café, will be available. For more information about the concept of Slow Looking, click here.
