Whether you’re an introvert, extrovert, or somewhere in between, we’ll explore how to lead with purpose, hold healthy boundaries, create space to recharge, and flex how you show up based on what the moment requires. Our incredible panel of female leaders includes: Katy Bruya, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Washington Trust Bank, is also Co-Chair of Hello for Good and serves on the Downtown Spokane Partnership Board. She received Catalyst magazine's Women in Business Leadership award and Washington Policy Center 2026 Business Leader Award. Katy's favorite quote is "We get results through people." ~ Wayne Roberts. Lisa Gardner, Director of Communications and Engagement for the City of Spokane, is also Board President for Spokane NAACP. She serves on the Take Up the Cause Board and works with the TakeAll Foundation to support black-led businesses and nonprofits. She was named as a 2025 Spokane Journal of Business Influencer and received a 2026 YWCA Woman of Achievement award. Korin Michielli, Executive Director, MultiCare Foundation INW, is an advocate for women's healthcare in our region through the Bloom initiative. She recently completed the Washington State Hospital Association executive leadership program and is known for her collaborative leadership style. Korin is a Leadership Spokane graduate and proudly served on the organization's Alumni Board. Her favoriate quote is "We don't really grow up until we unbecome." ~ Glennon Doyle Theresa Wirth, Director of Staff, Fairchild Air Force Base, oversees the direction of 19 operations, more than 125 personnel, and $1.5 million in program funds. She earned her Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command Staff College and was awarded the 92nd Air Refueling Wing's Civilian of the Year in 2018.
