The Introductory Dealer Certification Training will cover: • Introduction to MY27 innovations • Comprehensive product knowledge of the smart system and Bosch eBike system 2 • Connectivity training on the eBike Flow app • Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for use with the smart system and Bosch eBike System 2 • Bosch service process including troubleshooting and warranty procedure • eBike safety including battery recycling • Marketing resources This Introductory Certification will award dealers access to the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for servicing smart system and Bosch eBike System 2 equipped bikes for 12 months.
