Puff N Pose Yoga ✨ Slow down, tune in, and melt into deep relaxation with cannabis-friendly yoga at The Church on Delmar in St. Louis. 📅 Every Tuesday | 🕡 6:30–7:45 PM A gentle, elevated yoga experience for all levels — no experience necessary. 🚪 Doors open: 6:00 PM We strongly recommend arriving early to find parking and visit Swade Dispensary downstairs before heading up to settle in. 🧘‍♀️ Class begins: 6:30 PM Enjoy a 60-minute slow, guided yoga class focused on stretching, relaxation, and stress relief. Move at your own pace — this class is designed with beginners in mind. Advanced practitioners are invited to amp things up and flow their own way. 🔔 Sound Bath Meditation Class concludes with a 15-minute crystal bowl sound bath, let the calming vibrations wash over you and gently reset your nervous system. 🎒 What to bring: • Yoga mat and any props you like • Water bottle (Limited mats and blocks available — arrive early if you would like to borrow one. Water available for purchase.) Come as you are and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and grounded. Parking There is metered street parking directly in front of the church on Delmar, and it is only enforced until 7:00pm. There is also free street parking about a block away on the surrounding side streets. You may also find free parking in the lot behind The Pageant if they are not hosting an event that evening.
