Cheese & Dried Sausage Tasting, Mozzarella Making, Pesto, Sicilian Style Pizza, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe w garlic & oil, Spaghetti Carbonara Snacks are provided upon your arrival, and you get to take the food you make home with you. The class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations, 2 people per station. This class is a combination of hands on cooking and demonstration of the recipes.
