Poetic Motion Workshop:This unique workshop combines the energy of movement with the power of words. Participants will engage in a reading and fitness session where a featured poet shares a piece about their personal feelings and journey toward getting active. Inspired by the reading, participants will write a short reflection on how they feel before the workout begins. After completing a fun and invigorating fitness session, they’ll return to the page to write about how they feel afterward.
