The Power of Human Connection: A Westchester Wellness Guide Gathering

A night of wellness, inspiration & real human connection. Wellness isn't just what we do for ourselves. It's also who we connect with. Join the Westchester Wellness Guide for an evening of real conversation, local wellness inspiration, and community — with actual humans, right here in Westchester. Whether you've been following along on Instagram or Substack for years, or you're just discovering the local wellness scene, we'd love to meet you. Come connect the faces and handshakes to the Instagram handles. Discover your next favorite yoga class, learn about skin microbiome-friendly skincare, hear inspiring guidance from our resident astrologer, and meet some of the people behind the wellness offerings we're excited about right here in Westchester. What to expect • Light snacks and refreshments • Inspiring talks from local wellness practitioners and businesses • A relaxing gong bath to help you slow down and reset • Time to mingle, ask questions, and make new connections • A chance to discover people, places, and wellness resources in your own backyard Think of it as part wellness gathering, part community meetup, part introduction to the people making wellness happen in Westchester. No algorithms. No scrolling. Just actual humans. ;) About the Westchester Wellness Guide The Westchester Wellness Guide is a local resource and community created to help you discover what's real, good, and healthy in and around Westchester County.
