When Women Gather Community Circle - Nervous System Reset W/ Agata Repice

Join us for an evening in sisterhood and community. This month we explore a Nervous System Reset with Trauma Specialist Agata. When Women Gather NJ, is a community space created for women to come together, connect, share stories, empower each other thru healing and ancestral practices. This month I am thrilled to be sharing with you a collegue and friend, Agata Repice. Agata is a trauma specialist and Holistic Healer. She shares a very unique healing process that has created a shift for me this season, giving space for new ways, ideas and I really wanted to share this inspiration and work with you too! Agata Repice, has devoted her healing practices to reset the nervous system. In her words, " I see the nervous system as connected to the whole person; the body; the way we think, the beliefs we carry and how we nourish ourselves". Her approach, brings together fascia-focused and cranial work, nervous system practices, nutriton and Thetahealing. This evening she will be sharing this process with YOU! Come experience sisterhood, community, healing, laughter journaling and more! Give yourself a new sense of self, while gaining new tools and practices... PLUS a whole new nervous system!! • A few things to bring: • A journal and pen • a yoga mat and blanket • Lastly, feel free to register by sending the suggested donated amount $65 directly to Venmo by using the below bar code. @ibetliza-frias to avoid any additional surcharges.
