Community Vocal Toning with Tone Circle™ at Mystic MVMT Bremerton

Fast, simple, and lasting nervous system regulation with the regions primer singing meditation group. No music experience required. About the Event In just a few minutes, vocal toning can melt stress, help you get regulated, and restore a lasting sense of inner peace. Together in supportive community, we hum and tone with sound healing instrumentation to reconnect with the most powerful tool for calm that’s always with us: our voices. Think of it like a sound bath from within. But it’s been said to be even more powerful, because we’re using our own voices to transform our bodies into instruments of vibrational self-healing from the inside out. No music or singing experience is needed to get all the benefits of vocal toning. Recently retired after 25 years in the corporate world (including what he lovingly calls a decade as a "spiritual sleeper agent"), Roger has found in this work the beginning of his life's next chapter. For him, vocal toning in community is both meditative and deeply healing. Learn more about Roger at https://tonewithroger.com
