Master the art of pâte choux and learn how to make professional level cream puffs with beautiful finishing techniques with a Fall twist! Master the art of choux pastry in our comprehensive 2-hour session. You will learn the techniques for pâte à choux topped with craquilin for a profession finish to create beautiful cream puffs! Additionally, we will cover how to make and pair various fillings with a Fall twist with your cream puffs! Participants will take home a variety of finished cream puffs, along with class recipes. No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
