Get spooky and sweet by decorating Halloween cookies in a fun, laid-back class perfect for all skill levels! Spooky Library Halloween Cookie Decorating Class Join us for a fang-tastic afternoon at Top Rung Brewing Company on October 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time)! Unleash your inner cookie monster as you decorate Halloween-themed treats that are almost too spooky to eat (but we promise they’re delicious). Whether you’re a decorating newbie or a sugar-sculpting pro, this in-person class will have you crafting creepy, kooky, and downright delightful cookies perfect for the Halloween season. No tricks, just tasty treats and a whole lot of fun! Bring your sweet tooth and your best spooky spirit—because these cookies won’t decorate themselves! Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! Love and Cookies is here to help! In this 1.5-hour class, we'll cover the basics to sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron). We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. This class is on Sunday, October 25th from 3-5pm sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo! This class is good for ages 12 and up but if you'd like to leave the kiddos at home, purchase an add-on kit (more on that below) The kits are great for kids at home and includes all class materials so you can teach them yourself! TAKE HOME KITS You can purchase an add-on kit during check-out. Your kit will be available at the end of your class - so don't forget it! If you’re skipping class and just ordering the kit – swing by anytime during class to sneak in and pick it up – it’ll be labeled with your name! How long can a kit last? Depending on how you store your icing, your kits can last for a week or longer. Freezing cookies keep them fresh for a long time, but I recommend using your kit as soon as possible - ideally in the first week after you've taken it home. ALLERGEN AND CANCELLATION POLICY Please note – these cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also bakes with common, known allergens: Peanuts, Soy, Wheat Please consider your allergies before registering. Class Cancelation Policy Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100% refund including your event fees. Classes with attendance below 4 persons will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either get a class credit for a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 2 days before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day. Refund Policy if You Cancel I know, life happens! If you need to cancel, you must let me know by Sept. 25th.You can also transfer your ticket to somone else. I will not be able to give you a refund after Sept. 25th because I will be prepping for class. Your ticket price includes your ticket fees; however, Eventbrite does not refund its fees. If you cancel your ticket and request a refund prior to the cancelation window expiring, I’ll happily give you a refund less the eventbrite fee – since I don’t get this fee back either. Eventbrite keeps it regardless of whether you show up or cancel. I know – I hate it too! Contact Me! Questions? I have answers (or I’ll make up some really fun stories at least)!
