Learn how to make professional level focaccia and dipping sauce with us! Join us at The Pastry Project for a hands-on exploration of the art of crafting perfect focaccia and dipping sauces. Learn the step-by-step process, including mixing, folding, dimpling, baking to golden perfection, and the key to a perfect focaccia - patience! While the dough is rising, learn how to make the perfect dipping sauces to accompany your focaccia. Each attendee will leave with an 8'' round of airy homemade focaccia and delicious dipping sauces to enjoy at home. No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
