ImpactUp x Tacoma

Join our local gathering of nonprofit leaders + changemakers connected to a global movement. ✨ ImpactUp x Tacoma is hosted by We Are For Good + Givebutter You can’t pour from an empty cup. And you shouldn’t have to. ImpactUp is our global gathering of the We Are For Good community, held four times a year. One theme, many ripples. It kicks off with a virtual livestream, then spreads out to local meetups hosted by community members in cities around the world. This round, our theme is Pause. Reconnecting to ourselves, to our missions, and to each other. Rest isn’t a break from the work. It’s what makes the work last. We built this one with you. Our community told us what they actually needed right now, and the answers were clear: time off you can genuinely take, leaders who go first, and tools instead of more talk. So that’s what this is. A few hours to stop, breathe, and sit with people who understand what you’re carrying. What to Expect 🤝 Honest conversation and new friendships 🌍 Local voices connected to a global movement for good 💬 Discussion centered on rest, sustainability, and showing up for each other ☕ Meet and connect with people doing good work in Tacoma Come as you are. Tired is welcome here. Who is This For: Nonprofit and social impact leaders, fundraisers, marketers, community builders and everyday changemakers - whether you're new to the work or deeply rooted in it. ImpactUp x Tacoma is organized locally as part of a global network of changemakers connected by We Are For Good. Since launching in 2024, more than 200+ ImpactUp meetups across 80 cities have brought people together to connect, learn, and move their work forward - one conversation at a time. Registering for your local meetup also saves your spot for our global livestream on Nov 12, where changemakers around the world come together to hear from speakers sharing ideas that will challenge and inspire you.
