Through a learned control of breath and energy, the student can positively affect mood, self-heal, and in turn become more conscious in the navigation of life and choices. Ultimately, if desired and with consistency, these yoga practices will accelerate one’s spiritual journey. WHO IS KUNDALINI YOGA FOR? Kundalini Yoga is a practice combining breathwork, movement, meditation, and sound to awaken energy and deepen awareness. It's not like traditional yoga workouts - movements are simple yet powerful, making it accessible to all.
