Recalibrate with a deep relaxation, Reiki-Infused sound bath at West Seattle's beloved Mama Be Well studio! A Sound Bath to Slow Down with Freqs of Love @ Mama Be Well Join us at Mama Be Well for a high-vibrational journey into stillness as we're all preparing for a busy holiday season. You will be held through sound created by sacred instruments (Including deep-resonance gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls, and ethereal chimes) in a 60-minute sound bath designed for relaxation, quieting the mind, and replenishing to help dissolve stress of the holidays and the busy mindedness that can accompany them. Through Freqs of Love's curated set of instruments and vocal toning, deep frequencies help entrain the brain and field, moving you from a state of overwhelm or exhaustion into an effortlessly deep, meditative Theta state. The mind moves into parasympathetic mode where the body can do its best healing.
