Conscious Connections

Conscious Connections is a monthly evening of guided meditation, meaningful conversation, and genuine human connection, hosted by Emma. Each month we gather around a theme and open the evening with an original guided meditation designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and arrive fully in the present moment. Drawing from her intuitive energy healing work, Emma guides you to reconnect with your body and move your energy in ways that feel restorative and healing. The meditation sets the tone for everything that follows, creating a space of openness, vulnerability, and ease before we come together in conversation. From there we transition into reflection and sharing in small groups, where we explore the theme together through thoughtful questions and honest conversation. We close the evening reconnected, to ourselves and to each other, grounded, supported, and ready to carry that sense of community back into our daily lives. This is a space for slowing down. For being seen. For the kind of conversation that reminds you that you are not alone in what you are feeling and experiencing. Whether you are new to meditation or simply craving more community, you are welcome here. A minimum donation of $10 is appreciated to help cover space and event costs.
